    A 10 Week Guide to Fighting Back Pain & Starting Pilates at Home:

    • Gradual Progression Over 10 Weeks: Our classes are structured to progress slowly, ensuring you build strength and stability over time. By the end of the course, you'll feel stronger and more resilient.

    • Convenient Class Duration: Each session lasts approximately 30-40 minutes, perfect for fitting into your busy schedule. Classes are recommended 3 times a week for optimal results before moving on to the next week's class.

    • Shorter Class Options (10-12 minutes) for those days when you don't have 30-40 minutes to workout.   
    • Flexible Schedule: Go at your own pace and use the classes on your own schedule. Repeat any class as often as you like to reinforce your learning and maximize benefits.

    • Props for Enhanced Experience: While not required, a few small props can enhance each class.

    • Additional Weekly Stretch Classes: Complement your Pilates practice with weekly stretch classes designed to enhance flexibility and relaxation.
