While the back pain course is designed as a 10-week program, the demands of a busy work schedule and a prolonged recovery from COVID have led me to progress through it at a slower, more manageable pace. During the months when I wasn't strong enough for full sessions, I relied on shorter videos to maintain my self-care routine. For the past several months, l've been doing about 15 minutes of Pilates every morning, and it's made a huge difference.
